- Progressive experience in bridge/structural engineering and project management, including responsibility for complex transportation infrastructure projects.
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) license, with Massachusetts licensure.
- Strong technical background in bridge design, rehabilitation, replacement, and structural analysis, with knowledge of applicable AASHTO and transportation agency standards.
- Demonstrated experience managing project scope, schedules, budgets, multidisciplinary teams, and technical deliverables.
- Experience working with state DOTs and other public transportation agencies on bridge and structural projects.
- Strong client relationship, communication, leadership, mentoring, and problem-solving skills.
