👉 Este no es el típico rol de backend.
Aquí diseñarás los sistemas que explican cómo crece el negocio: desdeatribución de usuarioshastaunificación de datosyoptimización de campañas.
🧠¿Qué harás?
Trabajarás mano a mano con el equipo de marketing para convertir necesidades de negocio en sistemas reales.
Tendrásownership totalsobre lo que construyas: decisiones técnicas, arquitectura y evolución de la plataforma.
Algunos ejemplos de lo que harás:
Construir herramientas internas clave para growth
Diseñar sistemas propios de medición y atribución
Crear soluciones de deep linking
Unificar y procesar datos de múltiples fuentes (especialmente mobile)
Definir arquitecturas de datos y pipelines
Construir interfaces simples para equipos no técnicos
🧩¿Qué buscamos?
Un perfilbuilder, cómodo creando desde cero y moviéndose entre backend, data y producto.
Experiencia
Experiencia previa desarrollando productos internos o tooling de data
Background en entornos donde el dato es crítico para negocio
Experiencia construyendo sistemas desde cero
Stack & skills
Data architecture / data products
Infra (Terraform o similar)
Backend sólido (Go ideal, pero flexible)
Data pipelines y procesamiento
Capacidad analítica y pensamiento algorítmico
