Wir suchen einen AI Automation Expert, der technische Lösungen baut, Workshops begleitet und Verantwortung übernimmt.
Das ist kein Ticket-Job.
Das ist ein Gestaltungs-Job.
Aufgaben
Technische Umsetzung im Microsoft 365 Umfeld
- Konzeption und Umsetzung von Automatisierungen mit Power Automate
- Aufbau produktiver Copilot Use Cases
- Entwicklung interner Assistenten mit Copilot Studio
- Integration von SharePoint, Teams, Outlook und weiteren M365 Komponenten
- Troubleshooting bei Copilot- und Automatisierungs-Setups
- Dokumentation und Standardisierung von Lösungen
Workshops & Kundenarbeit
- Unterstützung und perspektivisch eigenständige Durchführung von:
- Prompting-Workshops
- Copilot-Schulungen
- Praxis-Demos für Führungskräfte
- Beantwortung technischer Rückfragen
- Übersetzung komplexer technischer Themen in verständliche Sprache
Operative Entlastung der Geschäftsführung
- Vor- und Nachbereitung von Kundenterminen
- Strukturierung von Use Cases
- Mitdenken bei Lösungsarchitekturen
- Aufbau von Best Practices und internen Standards
Typische Projekte:
- Einführung von Microsoft Copilot im Mittelstand
- Automatisierung von Vertriebs-, HR- oder Angebotsprozessen
- Aufbau interner Wissens-Copilots
- Strukturierung von KI-Governance im M365 Umfeld
Qualifikation
Wichtiger als dein Lebenslauf ist dein Mindset.
Was du mitbringen solltest:
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Microsoft 365 Ökosystem
- Erfahrung mit Copilot, Copilot Studio oder Power Automate
- Technisches Prozessverständnis
- Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Souveränes Auftreten vor Kunden
- Sehr gutes Deutsch in Wort und Schrift
- Strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
- Offenheit für Feedback
Besonders interessant für dich, wenn:
- du aktuell im Konzern arbeitest
- dich dort Leitplanken und langsame Entscheidungswege ausbremsen
- du Verantwortung übernehmen und Dinge aufbauen willst
Nice to have:
- Erfahrung im Consulting
- Kenntnisse in M365 Governance
- Erste Erfahrung in Workshop-Moderation
