Du bringst 5 Jahre Erfahrung als Product Owner mit und verfügst über ein gutes technisches Verständnis, um gemeinsam mit unseren Entwicklerinnen die Visionen unserer Kund*innen realistisch einzuschätzen
Du hast fundierte Kenntnisse in agilen Methoden wie Kanban oder Scrum und lebst ein agiles Mindset mit echter “Hands-on”-Mentalität
Du als Product Owner arbeitest mit hohem Antrieb und Eigenverantwortung und findest im Spannungsfeld zwischen Qualität und Pragmatismus stets nutzerzentrierte Lösungen
Du passt dich flexibel an unterschiedliche Projektkontexte an und behältst auch in dynamischen Situationen den Überblick
Du bist kommunikationsstark und empathisch, arbeitest eng mit Kund*innen zusammen und motivierst dein Team zu den besten Ergebnissen – fließend auf Deutsch und Englisch
