Own your opportunity at GDIT and you’ll be a meaningful part of improving how agencies operate. Our work depends on a Committee Operations Lead joining our team to lead IT professionals supporting the Health Resources & Services Administration (HRSA).

The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) aims to improve health outcomes by enhancing access to quality services, developing a skilled health workforce, and implementing innovative programs that benefit geographically isolated, economically or medically vulnerable populations. HRSA focuses on increasing health equity and strengthening local health systems through initiatives such as community health centers, the Organ Procurement & Transplantation Network (OPTN), the Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program, and support for maternal and child health.

At GDIT, we foster a people-centric environment. The Committee Operations Lead will manage and facilitate the activities of Organ Procurement and Transplantation Network (OPTN) committees, including subcommittees, workgroups, and ad hoc groups. This role ensures that committees responsible for membership, patient safety, and policy development operate efficiently, transparently, and in alignment with statutory, regulatory, and policy-driven goals.

The Committee Operations Lead functions as a pivotal project manager, policy facilitator, and liaison, supporting committees in their critical decision-making, managing governance documentation, streamlining meeting logistics, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. They also support the development and implementation of evidence-based transplantation and allocation policies, ensuring compliance with HRSA and federal regulations.

This role combines project management expertise, policy analysis skills, and regulatory knowledge to deliver high-quality support to committee operations and optimize system performance. In this role, the responsibilities of the Committee Operations Lead will include:
