Neurawork ist eine Beratung für Operational AI in Oberbayern. Um uns herum ist eine
Gruppe mit rund 50 Nutzern in mehreren Gesellschaften gewachsen. Ein Konzept für eine
Standard-IT auf Microsoft 365 ist angelegt: ein Tenant pro Gesellschaft, zentral verwaltet,
aus einer Vorlage ausgerollt. Es fehlt die Person, die es zu Ende denkt, umsetzt und danach
verantwortet. Du arbeitest direkt mit der Geschäftsführung und eng mit unserem Platform
Architect zusammen.
Aufgaben
Was du bei uns machst
Baseline für Entra ID, Conditional Access, Intune, Exchange Online, SharePoint und Defender bauen und per PowerShell und Microsoft Graph ausrollen
Alle Tenants zentral verwalten (CSP, GDAP, Lighthouse oder CIPP) und neue Gesellschaften in zwei Tagen startklar machen
Wiederkehrendes automatisieren: On- und Offboarding, Lizenzabgleich, Schnittstellen zu CRM und Buchhaltung mit Power Automate, n8n oder Make
Google Workspace, europäische Cloud, VPN und GitLab unter dieselbe Sicherheitslinie bringen: MFA, Gerätestandard, Backup, Offboarding
Secure Score, Lizenzen und ISO-27001-Nachweise regelmäßig prüfen und eine BI-Plattform auf Power BI aufsetzen

Was wir suchen
Mindestens vier Jahre Microsoft 365, idealerweise beim MSP oder Microsoft-Partner mit mehreren Tenants parallel
Sichere Praxis in Entra ID mit Conditional Access, Intune mit Autopilot, Exchange Online und Defender for Business
PowerShell und Microsoft Graph im Alltag, nicht nur im Lebenslauf
Deutsch auf C1-Niveau
Du dokumentierst, ohne dass jemand fragt, und sagst Nein, wenn jemand lokale Admin-Rechte will
Schön, aber kein Muss: Google-Workspace-Administration, Erfahrung mit europäischen
Cloud-Anbietern, Zertifikate wie MS-102 oder MD-102.
