Nothing in the wording of this listing tripped a check. The scores above still judge how complete and coherent it is.
Data Specialist -- Oracle DWH, ODI & OBIEE (remote, EU)
You will help an international public-sector organisation understand and hand over its data platform: map how data moves through the Oracle data warehouse, document what today lives only in people's heads, and pass that knowledge on to the internal teams.
What you will be responsible for
• Documentation of Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) processes and the data warehouse
• Mapping source-to-target data flows, transformations and dependencies between systems
• Analysis and documentation of ETL processes and data lineage
• Operational documentation, runbooks and a knowledge base
• Knowledge-transfer workshops and technical walkthroughs for internal teams
• Identifying technical risks, single points of failure and opportunities to automate or simplify
What we expect from you
•
4-6+ years in data engineering, data analytics or data platforms
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE)
• Advanced PL/SQL and working knowledge of Python
• Experience with ETL processes, data lineage and dependency analysis across systems
• Code review and troubleshooting of complex data solutions
• Ability to explain complex technical topics in documentation, training and workshops
• Fluent English; for non-native speakers C2 level or equivalent is preferred
What we offer
• Long-term engagement: 24 months starting 11 January 2027, with options to extend twice by 12 months
• Full-time, mostly remote within the EU, with occasional on-site meetings (e.g. quarterly team meetings)
• Flexibility in how you organise your work
