Aufgaben

Als Talent Acquisition Specialist/in bist du verantwortlich für unseren gesamten Recruiting-Prozess – von der Suche bis zur Einstellung.
Du baust aktiv unser Team aus und findest die Menschen, die perfekt zu uns und unserer Kultur passen.
Deine Kernaufgaben:
- Entwicklung von Recruiting- & Sourcing-Strategien für Sales-Team & Fullfillment Team
- Active Sourcing über Social Media (LinkedIn, TikTok, Insta DM, ... ), Jobboards & Netzwerke
- Scanning & Auswahl von Kandidat:innen sowie Durchführung von Interviews (telefonisch & virtuell)
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Hiring Managern & Team Leads zur passgenauen Rollenbesetzung
- Aufbau & Pflege eigener Talent-Pipelines
- Erstellung der Stellenanzeigen & kontinuierliche Optimierung des Recruiting-Funnels
- Koordination des gesamten Bewerbungsprozesses inklusive Onboarding-Übergabe
Qualifikation

- Nachweisbare Erfahrung im Recruiting (Agentur/Start-up-Erfahrung ein Plus)
- Volle Verfügbarkeit und den Willen, die Extrameile zu gehen
- Du bist extrem kommunikationsstark, empathisch und kannst Menschen begeistern
- Du arbeitest eigenverantwortlich, strukturiert und lösungsorientiert
- Du erkennst schnell kulturelle Fits & Potenziale
- Fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
