Technical Project Manager

Location: Remote

Multiple clients. Moving parts. You keep it all connected.

We're looking for a Technical Project Manager who can manage multiple client-facing projects simultaneously, keep technical teams aligned, and give clients confidence that their projects are in good hands.

You're comfortable discussing requirements with developers, translating technical details into plain English, and keeping scope, timelines, and priorities under control. You bring structure, communicate clearly, and address problems before they become surprises.

What You'll Do

• Manage multiple client projects from discovery and kickoff through development, testing, launch, and handoff.

• Serve as the primary project contact for clients, providing clear updates and setting realistic expectations.

• Turn client goals into actionable requirements, project plans, milestones, and deliverables.

• Coordinate developers, designers, QA, and other stakeholders to keep work moving.

• Track scope, schedules, budgets, resources, and dependencies across concurrent projects.

• Identify risks early, resolve blockers, and escalate issues with recommended solutions.

• Manage change requests and explain their impact on cost, timing, and delivery.

• Lead productive kickoff meetings, sprint planning, status calls, demos, and retrospectives.

• Partner with technical leads to ensure deliverables meet requirements and acceptance criteria.

• Maintain clear documentation and improve processes as you learn what works.

What You Bring

• Proven experience managing multiple client-facing technical projects at the same time.

• A track record of delivering software, web, application, or technology implementation projects.

• Working knowledge of software development lifecycles, Agile/Scrum, and traditional project management approaches.

• Enough technical fluency to discuss APIs, integrations, databases, and deployment requirements with technical teams.

• Strong client communication skills, including the ability to navigate difficult conversations and competing priorities.

• Excellent organization, follow-through, and attention to detail.

• Experience using tools such as Jira, Asana, ClickUp, Monday.com, or similar platforms.

• The ability to work independently and coordinate distributed teams in a remote environment.

Bonus Points

• Experience in a digital agency, software consultancy, or other environment serving multiple clients.

• Experience with resource planning, project financials, or statements of work.

• PMP, Certified ScrumMaster, or a similar certification.

What Success Looks Like

Clients know where their projects stand. Teams understand what needs to happen next. Risks surface early, changes are handled thoughtfully, and projects reach the finish line with quality and accountability.

If you can connect the technical details, the client relationship, and the delivery plan, we'd love to hear from you.
