We are seeking a Virtual Admin Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will assist our digital marketing clients by handling customer queries, answering calls, and responding to messages and emails professionally. You’ll serve as an extension of their team, ensuring timely, accurate, and courteous responses to all inquiries, helping to bridge any language or time-related communication gaps.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle customer inquiries professionally.
  • Experience in customer service or virtual assistance is preferred.
  • Familiarity with digital communication tools (email, chat platforms) and CRM systems.
  • Ability to work remotely, maintain productivity, and manage time effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
