Als Senior Performance Marketing Consultant übernimmst du bei EVOLVE die Rolle eines externen CMOs und strategischen Sparringspartners für unsere E-Commerce-Kunden. Du analysierst ihre Geschäftsmodelle, priorisierst Marketingbudgets kanalübergreifend und entwickelst klare Strategien, die Umsatz, Profitabilität und Skalierbarkeit in den Fokus stellen. Dabei verstehst sich EVOLVE als AI-first-Wachstumspartner und betrachtet E-Commerce ganzheitlich – über einzelne Marketingkanäle hinaus.
Deine Aufgaben im Überblick
Du analysierst Geschäftsmodelle, Ziele und Wachstumshebel unserer E-Commerce-Kunden ganzheitlich und leitest daraus klare strategische Empfehlungen ab.
Du entwickelst kanalübergreifende Marketing-Strategien und priorisierst Maßnahmen entlang von Umsatz, Profitabilität und Skalierbarkeit.
Du bewertest die Performance und das Zusammenspiel aller relevanten Marketing-Channels und gibst fundierte Empfehlungen zur Budgetallokation.
Du führst regelmäßiges strategisches Sparring mit Entscheidern auf Kundenseite und moderierst klare, wirksame Entscheidungsprozesse.
Du leitest Workshops und präsentierst Strategien verständlich und überzeugend.
Das bringst du mit
Mehrjährige Erfahrung im E-Commerce- und Performance-Marketing.
Strategisches Verständnis für kanalübergreifendes Marketing und Budgetallokation.
Fundiertes betriebswirtschaftliches Know-how mit Fokus auf Profitabilität und Skalierung.
Sicherer Umgang mit Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4 und gängigen Attributionstools.
Ausgeprägte Beratungs- und Kommunikationsstärke im Austausch mit Entscheidern.
Eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise sowie die Fähigkeit, klare Prioritäten und strategische Entscheidungen zu treffen.
