About the Opportunity:

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to own and scale our Enterprise product offerings across both web and mobile app. You will set product direction for solutions serving institutional and white-label clients in the crypto environment, turning complex business, client, and regulatory requirements into clear, executable product and technical documentation.

You will work closely with Engineering, Design, Customer Success, Compliance, and external partners to deliver secure, scalable, and reusable solutions, with a consistent experience on every platform.

Responsibilities

• Lead B2B and white-label capabilities, ensuring they are configurable, reusable, and scalable across clients.

• Own the full product lifecycle and long-term roadmap for our enterprise products across web, iOS, and Android, from discovery through launch, iteration, and measurement.

• Set product strategy and prioritize across platforms, balancing feature parity, platform-specific needs, and business impact.

• Turn business, client, and regulatory requirements into clear, well-scoped, technically feasible PRDs and functional specs.

• Work with Compliance, Legal, and Risk to build regulatory and security requirements into product design and user flows.

• Partner with Engineering and Design to ship secure, UX-consistent web and app releases through Scrum-based delivery (sprint planning, backlog grooming, reviews, retros).

• Turn insight from institutional clients, Sales, and Customer Success into prioritized product opportunities, and align senior stakeholders and external partners on trade-offs.

• Define and track success metrics (adoption, client retention, reliability, time to onboard) and use data to drive decisions.

Requirement

•
6+ years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years in B2B solutions.

•
Must have experience in the crypto industry, preferably in B2B or enterprise-level products.

• Experience shipping on both web and mobile, with working knowledge of mobile-specific issues (release cycles, app store requirements, SDK/WebView integrations, mobile UX).

• Fluency in English and Mandarin is advantageous

• Strong skills in writing PRDs, functional specs, and technical requirement documents.

• Ability to turn complex business and compliance requirements into clear product solutions and decide well amid ambiguity.

• Strong cross-functional communication, with experience influencing senior stakeholders across Engineering, Compliance, Legal, and external partners.

• Working knowledge of Scrum/Agile, including sprint delivery and backlog management.

Preferred

• Experience with white-label or B2B/institutional products.

• Technical background or strong understanding of APIs and system integrations.

• Hands-on experience using AI tools in daily work (e.g. drafting PRDs, analyzing data, synthesizing research, prototyping) to improve efficiency and quality.

• Various team-building programs and company events
