About StellarTech

StellarTech is a self-funded multi-app company that launches consumer mobile products in different domains. It is profitable, moves at startup pace and is aiming for $1B in revenue.

You would join Smartimi, the company's biggest and most mature app, as the design partner of its PM, Darya. Around you: a content team that builds templates, a product analyst, engineers and QA. The Head of Product has a UX background himself. The team speaks Russian; the users speak English.

What you are expected to do:

• Take raw problems, ideas and initiatives and turn them into flows, prototypes and shipped UI for a consumer mobile app.

• Work as a pair with the PM, and own some initiatives fully, from idea to release to reading the numbers.

• Work directly with engineers and review the build before it ships.

• Run A/B tests, read the results in Amplitude and plan the next iteration.

• Talk to users: run interviews in English and launch quick surveys.

• Build features yourself with vibe-coding or no-code tools when that's faster. The team has a way to test and ship them.

Marketing banners and funnels are handled by a separate team, so they are not part of this role.

What you need to succeed:

• 3+ years in product design, with at least 2 (ideally 3) in consumer mobile apps. B2B-only backgrounds won't be a fit.

• Strong, modern mobile UX and UI craft. The Head of Product looks closely at portfolios, so yours should show it.

• Ownership: when a problem lands on your desk, you carry it through without waiting to be told the next step.

• Product thinking: you care about product metrics and experiments, not only the interface.

• Experience running user interviews. Usability testing and research methods can be learned on the job.

• English at B2–C1 and Russian.

• Clear, structured communication, including when you're thinking out loud with the team.

• You enjoy a high pace and take direct feedback well.

• You want to build good things for users, not just hit numbers at any cost.

• Nice to have: an app or side project you launched yourself, and builder or no-code skills.

What you get:

• A direct partnership with a strong PM, and a Head of Product who cares about design.

• Real ownership, access to analytics and A/B data, and room to build things yourself.

• Remote work, offices in Warsaw and Cyprus, and an offsite about once a year.

• 21 calendar days of paid vacation plus 10 public holidays of your country, and 7 paid sick days.

• €50/month towards health insurance after probation, and a MacBook Air (13" or 15").

• €4,500–5,500/month gross on a B2B contract with StellarTech's Cyprus entity, paid in USD. You'll need your own sole proprietorship. Probation is 3 months.

How to apply

Apply through hirehire: https://jobs.ashbyhq.com/hirehire/348181a6-cb98-4401-86cb-a1ca508b9e3c. Add your LinkedIn profile or CV and a link to your portfolio. If your portfolio is password-protected, include the password in your application. The process: a 30-minute call with hirehire, a portfolio review with the Head of Product, an interview with the PM, a 30-minute call with the Head of Product, and a live whiteboard challenge in Figma with the team. It usually takes about a week.
