This listing is for one paid task in the Kled app: "Rental Agreements". There is no interview and no minimum hours: download the app, open the task, and you are paid per accepted submission.

What you will do

Upload a rental or lease agreement, every page. Then tell us in a few words what it's for.

Steps

1. Complete identity verification

2. Find the rental or lease agreement file, the one you signed

3. Upload it from your Files app, every page in order

4. Mark where the main clauses begin

5. Write one paragraph on what the agreement actually does

What gets rejected

• No sample or template agreements

• Nothing you are contractually barred from sharing

• Do not copy the agreement's own preamble as your summary

Accepted: One complete rental or lease agreement, every page in order, with clause markers and a written summary.

Pay

$7.50 per accepted agreement. At a typical pace of about 15 minutes per agreement, that is about $30 per hour. One agreement takes about 15 minutes and pays $7.50. One agreement, every page. You are paid per accepted submission (piecework, independent contractor); submissions that break the rules are not paid. Payouts are made in the app (PayPal, Venmo or a Solana wallet).

Where and when

Open in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Europe, Australia and New Zealand (36 countries). Remote, on your own schedule. Independent contractor, piecework; this is not an employment position.

What you need

• An iPhone running iOS 18.6 or later (the Kled app is iPhone-only right now)

• 18 or older

• The original file, downloaded from the app or portal that issued it

How to start

1. Download Kled from the App Store: (also at kled.ai/app).

2. Create your account and open Tasks.

3. Search "Rental Agreements", read the brief and follow the on-screen steps.

4. Submit. Accepted submissions are paid in the app.
