This listing is for one paid task in the Kled app: "Customer Support Conversations". There is no interview and no minimum hours: download the app, open the task, and you are paid per accepted submission.

What you will do

Paste in a full chat with customer support, both sides, start to finish.

Steps

1. Find a support chat or email thread you had

2. Copy the whole conversation, both sides

3. Answer the one question about how it ended

4. Submit

What gets rejected

• Do not send only your side

• Do not send partial threads

• Do not summarise it, paste it

Accepted: Complete thread from opening to close, both sides present.

Pay

$0.95 per accepted conversation. At a typical pace of about 3.5 minutes per conversation, that is about $16 per hour. A 20-minute session of about 6 conversations pays about $5.70. 1 to 2 conversations per submission. You are paid per accepted submission (piecework, independent contractor); submissions that break the rules are not paid. Payouts are made in the app (PayPal, Venmo or a Solana wallet).

Open worldwide: the task runs in 100+ countries. Remote, on your own schedule. Independent contractor, piecework; this is not an employment position.

• An iPhone running iOS 18.6 or later (the Kled app is iPhone-only right now)

• 18 or older

• Your own writing, typed in the app

How to start

1. Download Kled from the App Store: https://apps.apple.com/app/kled/id6752585718 (also at kled.ai/app).

2. Create your account and open Tasks.

3. Search "Customer Support Conversations", read the brief and follow the on-screen steps.

4. Submit. Accepted submissions are paid in the app.
