Dein Aufgabengebiet:
- Steuerung des HR IT Programms inklusive Planung, Priorisierung und Koordination strategischer IT-Initiativen
- Entwicklung und Weiterentwicklung der HR IT-Roadmap und des Projektportfolios
- Abstimmung und Harmonisierung von HR-Capabilities und deren technischer Unterstützung
- Zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen HR, IT, Management und externen Partnern
- Steuerung von Projekten und Initiativen mit klassischen, hybriden und agilen Methoden
- Unterstützung strategischer HR- und IT-Transformationen
- Sicherstellung eines stabilen und zukunftsfähigen Betriebs der HR-Applikationslandschaft
- Weiterentwicklung von IT-Architekturen, Schnittstellen und integrierten Cloud-/SaaS-Lösungen
- Sicherstellung von Compliance und regulatorischen Anforderungen, insbesondere im Bereich SOX
- Identifikation von Optimierungspotenzialen und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der HR I
Dein Profil:
- Abgeschlossenes Studium in Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik, BWL oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Steuerung komplexer IT-Programme, Projektportfolios oder Transformationsinitiativen
- Idealerweise Erfahrung im HR IT- oder SAP-Umfeld
- Fundiertes Verständnis von IT-Architekturen, integrierten Applikationslandschaften, Schnittstellen und Cloud-/SaaS-Lösungen
- Erfahrung in IT Roadmap, Portfolio Management und Governance
- Analytische und strukturierte Denkweise sowie ausgeprägte Problemlösungs- und Konzeptionsstärke
- Souveränes Auftreten gegenüber Management und internen Stakeholdern
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikations-, Koordinations- und Führungskompetenz
- Eigeninitiative, Entscheidungsfreude und hohe Verantwortungsbereitschaft
- Erfahrung mit agilen Arbeitsweisen und ausgeprägtes Transformationsinteresse
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
