We're a remote-first company headquartered in Neuchâtel, Switzerland, united by our passion for impact and innovation. Applicants must already hold a valid visa or work permit for their country of residence, as Hilo is not able to provide visa sponsorship.

Role Overview

As Influencer Marketing Manager, you will develop and run Hilo’s influencer marketing program across our key markets. You will find creators whose voices and audiences fit our brand, negotiate effective partnerships, and shape content that makes Hilo relevant and credible. The role combines brand and performance: you will use data to estimate the potential of each partnership before we invest, measure its results, and apply what you learn to future campaigns.

Work location: Our company operates on a remote-first model. This role can be performed remotely from anywhere in Europe. Fluent English and German are a must. Occasional travel to our office in Neuchâtel, Switzerland, or to team events may be required.

Core Responsibilities

• Identify, assess, and recruit creators across relevant platforms and markets.
• Develop campaign concepts that balance Hilo’s brand goals with measurable commercial outcomes.
• Forecast likely reach, engagement, traffic, and acquisition outcomes to guide creator selection and budgets.
• Negotiate fees, deliverables, timelines, and content usage rights, including rights to use creator content in paid campaigns.
• Manage partnerships end to end, from briefing and content review through publication and reporting.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with creators and brand ambassadors to drive sustained awareness, trust, and advocacy.
• Collaborate with paid media teams to amplify high-performing creator content across paid social and other relevant channels.
• Set clear goals, track brand and performance metrics, and compare results with initial estimates.
• Use campaign data and audience insights to improve creator selection, content formats, and investment decisions.
• Work across marketing and product to align campaigns with Hilo’s priorities and approved health claims.
• Build repeatable processes that support growth across the US, UK, Germany, and other markets.

Requirements

Background & Experience

• At least 2 years of hands-on influencer or creator marketing experience, including managing partnerships from start to finish.
• A data-driven mindset: you can estimate campaign outcomes, assess performance, and turn findings into better decisions.
• Strong creative judgment and an understanding of how creator content builds both brand trust and customer demand.
• Strong negotiation skills and confidence working with creators and their representatives.
• Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail.
• Fluency in English; German is a plus.
• Experience in health tech, wellness, medical devices, or another category where trust and accurate claims matter is welcome.
