About the Role
We are looking for our first full-time designer to shape the product experience and visual identity of an AI-powered recruiting platform. You will define the design standards that guide the product as it grows.
What You'll Do
Set the product and brand direction across the user experience.
Establish design principles and standards for the team to build against.
Design modern desktop experiences for a B2B software product.
What We're Looking For
A portfolio documenting shipped, modern desktop product-design work for B2B products or SaaS.
Location
Fully remote, with the role open to candidates based in the United States or Europe.
