Reducto is the agentic document platform for leading AI teams who need enterprise performance at scale. Most of the world's important information is locked in documents: PDFs, spreadsheets, scanned forms, financial filings. We build the infrastructure that lets AI read and work with them the way a human would, combining custom in-house models with leading frontier models to power accurate, efficient document workflows.
Our customers include AI teams like Harvey, Vanta, and Scale, along with enterprises across FAANG and top trading firms. We've grown revenue 8x year over year, partnered with hundreds of companies, and raised over $100M from a16z, Benchmark, and First Round Capital.
We're still a small team, so every engineer has outsized ownership. You'll work directly with customers and leadership, ship quickly, and solve hard problems across ML, infrastructure, and product that directly shape how AI systems understand the world's documents.
