For one of our clients, we are looking for an IT ProjectManager with German.
Work model: Remote, Bulgaria
What You’ll Do:

• Support project managers in day-to-day project coordinationand administration.
  
• Prepare and maintain project status reports, dashboards, andKPI overviews.
  
• Monitor project budgets, efforts, and time-trackingactivities.
  
• Coordinate project meetings, maintain documentation, andfollow up on agreed actions.
  
• Track milestones, risks, dependencies, and change requests.
  
• Support the implementation and maintenance of PMOmethodologies, standards, and governance processes.
  
• Ensure consistent project documentation and reporting acrossstakeholders.
  
• Assist with billing-related data and project financialadministration when required.
  

What We’re Looking For:

• Relevant PMO experience: Previous experience specifically ina PMO, project controlling, or project coordination role.
  
• Project reporting: Hands-on experience preparing statusreports, dashboards, KPIs, and management updates.
  
• Project controlling: Experience tracking project efforts,budgets, and timesheets, including following up on missing or incomplete timeentries.
  
• Meeting coordination: Experience organizing projectmeetings, preparing agendas, documenting outcomes, and following up on actionitems.
  
• Microsoft Office 365 proficiency:
  
• ​Excel: Confident working withspreadsheets, maintaining structured data, and preparing basic reports.
  
• PowerPoint: Ability to createclear, professional presentations for project and management updates.
  
• Project management fundamentals: Understanding of projectscope, milestones, risks, dependencies, and change requests.
  
• Languages: Good working proficiency in both German andEnglish.
  

Nice to Have:

• Previous experience in IT, software development, or digitaltransformation projects.
  
• Experience working in an IT consulting company or softwareservice provider.
  
• Familiarity with project management and reporting tools(e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Power BI).
  
• Experience supporting billing processes, invoicing datapreparation, or financial project administration.
