What is Sylvera anyway? 👩👨🌳
Sylvera helps organisations make confident decisions in carbon and commodity markets. We independently assess the quality of carbon projects, track market pricing and supply signals, and provide geospatial and carbon intensity data — giving our clients the clarity they need to invest in real climate action.
We're a team of 130+ scientists, engineers, and market experts based across London, New York, São Paulo, Singapore, and Tokyo. Our work spans market intelligence, geospatial analytics, multi-scale lidar research, and policy analysis. We partner with governments and policymakers to raise the bar for transparency and rigour across carbon markets.
Backed by over $96 million from investors including Fidelity, Balderton Capital, Index Ventures, and Insight Partners, we're trusted by Fortune 500 companies, major financial institutions, and governments worldwide.
If you care about climate, enjoy solving hard problems, and want to work with people who take the mission seriously — we'd love to hear from you.
What will I be doing? 👩💻👨💻
We’re looking for a mission-driven Product Manager to join our Product function and help scale the value of Sylvera’s live products. You’ll take products that have found market fit and make them great - taking them from 1 to 2, rather than 0 to 1.
This is a high-impact role. You’ll be trusted to own your areas and expected to execute autonomously, and we’ll invest in you to set you up for success. You’ll join our product guild, and learn from passionate and experienced colleagues who are enthusiastic about sharing knowledge.
Specific responsibilities will include:
• Focus on one or more product areas at a time within a defined problem space, across the Sylvera B2B SaaS platform, iterating on existing products to unlock their full value
• Talking to customers regularly and running discovery to understand their workflow deeply, from finding the problem through to launching the solution, and monitoring its impact
• Using product data and customer insight to find what holds users back, and proposing the improvements that matter most in high impact areas
• Working closely with engineering, design and data teams to build, and marketing and sales to launch improvements at pace.
• Engaging and partnering with stakeholders across the business - the changes you’ll make will have a high impact, so you’ll bring people’s ideas and input together to build better product experiences
• Partnering with commercial colleagues to grow revenue and usage by helping users get more value from Sylvera’s data
• Supporting larger strategic initiatives alongside the wider product team
We’re looking for someone who: 🧠💚
• Has experience as a Product Manager, ideally on a B2B SaaS product
• Has worked closely with customers and run their own discovery through to delivery
• Is data-driven, using analytics and customer insight to make decisions, with a track record of iterating on live products
• Is naturally curious and loves learning new domains - no carbon market experience needed, but we’d expect you to proactively learn about the world our customers operate in
• Is comfortable with ambiguity and incomplete information, and can adapt quickly as the picture becomes clearer.
• Enjoys working with people across a business, listening to different views and turning them into clear product decisions, rather than taking pre-defined requirements
• Ideally has worked on data products, or has a strong appreciation of how value is derived from data and how to build SaaS experiences that maximise it
• Is a self-starter who thrives in constantly evolving environments, ideally with early-stage experience
• Cares deeply about the climate
We’d like someone highly ambitious, motivated and eager to propel their career forward. We prioritise grit, positivity, and the willingness to get stuck in, and encourage you to apply even if your experience doesn't exactly match this job description.
Benefits 💰
• Equity in a rapidly growing startup
• Private Health Insurance and Life Assurance
• Unlimited annual leave
• Enhanced parental leave
• Local bar tab at the end of the month
• Weekly drinks in the office
• Catered lunch once a month in office
• Monthly Deliveroo/equivalent allowance once a month
Location 🌍

Collaborate and challenge with empathy: Our teams deliver through active collaboration. We invest in each others’ success and make the company stronger in the long-run.
Empower Customers: Make extraordinary efforts to exceed our customer expectations. If we’re serving our customers to the fullest, we can help direct more investment into real climate impact.
