Your role:

  • Process supplier bills using Dext and Ezzybills software – check coding of the supplier, invoice date, due date, account codes, and GST.
  • Reconcile supplier bills to statements each month and identify errors in data entry or any missing bills/credit notes
  • Enter customer sales into Xero from various point-of-sale software reports or client reports
  • Entering employee timesheets into Xero and processing payroll for Australian payroll
  • Setting up new employees in the payroll system
  • Reconciliation of bank account transactions
  • Reconciliation of general ledger accounts
  • 2 – 3 years of experience with Xero
  • Very good English, exceptional attention to detail, good problem solving
  • Timeliness of task completion
  • Knowledge/training in Australian business bookkeeping (GST, Payroll, etc)
