Job Summary We're building a new analytics product and looking for a Product Designer to own the experience end to end. You'll turn complex data into clear, actionable interfaces, designing dashboards and visualizations that help users understand what's happening and decide what to do next. You'll partner closely with product and engineering from early concept through launch. Please note that any type of immigration sponsorship (additional work authorization or permanent work authorization) now or in the future to work in the United States is not available for this position. What you'll do
Design dashboards, reports, and data visualizations that make complex information intuitive and scannable Translate ambiguous data and user needs into clear interaction models and interface patterns Choose the right chart types, layouts, and information hierarchies for different analytical tasks Prototype and test concepts with users, iterating based on real feedback Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ship high-quality, feasible designs Work within and contribute to our design system to keep the product consistent
What we're looking for
Education
A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university is required, with a focus in Industrial and Product Design, UX/UI or related discipline. In the absence of a degree, equivalent work experience directly related to the key responsibilities of the role will be considered as a substitute for the degree. Experience
3+ years of product design experience, with a portfolio showing dashboard and data-visualization work Strong grasp of data-viz principles, including when to use which chart, how to reduce clutter, and how to guide attention Comfort designing for complex, data-dense products Advanced proficiency in Figma, including components, variables, auto layout, and prototyping Experience designing within an established design system, and the discipline to adhere to its tokens, components, and patterns while contributing improvements back Fluency with AI tools like Claude to accelerate design work, from research synthesis and copywriting to rapid prototyping and documentation Clear communication and a collaborative, cross-functional working style Bonus: familiarity with analytics platforms, SQL/data concepts, or accessibility standards for data display
Travel
Infrequent travel may be required for company onsites and/or customer/vendor meetings. (<10%)
