Join BLP and help make the world’s business processes autonomous!
Our agentic platform helps finance and operations teams worldwide remove manual work from their core business processes, so work runs end-to-end with greater control and significant productivity gains.
Today, over 550 enterprise customers use BLP across 1,300+ deployed projects. In the processes we automate, customers achieve productivity improvements of 5 to 10 times.
To date, BLP remains majority employee-owned, with Goldman Sachs holding a minority stake as a growth investor. Our success is driven by deep expertise in technology and business processes, a superior product with strong product-market fit, reflected in an expanding customer base that includes Fortune 500 companies.
BLP is one of Switzerland's fastest-growing SaaS scale-ups; we are now entering our next phase of growth. From our headquarters on Zürich's Bahnhofstrasse, we're expanding globally, with a growing presence across Europe and North America.
Join us and help make autonomous operations the new standard.
We are hiring a GTM Engineer on our Operations team and build the systems our revenue team runs on. You will be reporting to the Revenue Operations Lead and partner closely with our VP Business Development and VP Sales. Everything you build is designed to scale: across teams, markets and data volumes, without manual work growing with it.
What you'll do
Data, CRM and satellite tools. You grow into the owner of HubSpot and the tools connected to it: Clay, ZoomInfo, Lemlist, Claude and n8n. You decide how the stack fits together and how data flows into HubSpot, and you document it so new reps in DACH, the UK and the US are productive from week 1 and agree the roadmap with the Rev Ops Lead together.
Automation and AI initiatives. You sit with SDRs and AEs, see where time goes and where deals stall, and identify the next automation or AI initiative. You bring each one with a business case, agree the roadmap with the Head of Revenue Operations, and ship it. You then drive adoption across teams, so what you build becomes how people work.
Data quality and governance. You own the quality of our revenue data end-to-end. You set the standards for how accounts, contacts and deals are structured, matched and enriched, and you build the automated checks that keep HubSpot complete and accurate at scale. You fix root causes instead of symptoms, and spar with our internal data experts on complex topics.
Commercial insights. You turn the operational data in our GTM stack (pipeline, signals, activity) into commercial insights: which segments convert, where coverage is thin, which deals are slipping. You share them proactively with the VP Business Development, the VP Sales and Operations leadership. Each insight comes with a recommended next step, so it leads to a decision.
What you bring
• 1+ year as a GTM Engineer or in RevOps at a B2B SaaS company, building workflows reps use every day.
• Hands-on tool experience with any of HubSpot, Clay or ZoomInfo, and a good understanding of how a GTM tech stack fits together.
• Hands-on coding experience (e.g., Python, JavaScript, SQL) and working with Git.
• Comfort with APIs and webhooks, and daily use of LLMs.
• A scalability mindset: you build solutions that hold up at ten times the volume, not quick fixes.
• An explorative, fail-fast mindset: you test ideas quickly, learn from what doesn't work, and move on.
• Detail orientation and careful data habits: dedup, matching, account hierarchies.
• A high level of resilience: messy data, vendor issues and changing priorities don't slow you down.
• Commercial judgment: you read the data and explain to a VP what to do about it.
• Fluent German and English, spoken and written.
Nice to have
• Strong admin-level CRM experience, ideally in HubSpot.
• Exposure to ERP, purchase-to-pay or finance processes.
Why BLP
• A fast-growing, global AI company: the ideal place to learn and accelerate your career.
• You help build the RevOps team and shape our revenue stack for the coming years.
• A direct line to the VP Business Development and the VP Sales, and your work is in use the next day.
How we work
• Impact: We create measurable business outcomes.
• Transparency: We build trust through openness.
• Ownership: We take responsibility for outcomes.
• Excellence: We relentlessly strive for greatness.
