Join us and help make autonomous operations the new standard.

About the role

As Field Marketing Manager, DACH, you will build BLP's in-person and executive presence in DACH and turn it into qualified pipeline for our sales team. You will be the first dedicated field marketer, owning the full cycle from event strategy to post-event conversion.

Our buyers are CFOs and COOs, along with Heads of Shared Services, Global Business Services, and Process Excellence at companies with high process complexity and high transaction volume. You will meet them where they make decisions: executive roundtables, peer dinners, industry conferences, and partner-led programs.

What you'll own

• Own the DACH field marketing plan. Build and run a quarterly calendar of events and programs aligned with sales territories, target account lists, and pipeline goals.

• Run executive programs. Plan and host intimate CFO and COO roundtables, peer dinners, and briefings in key metros, from guest list strategy to follow-up.

• Lead our conference presence. Select, negotiate, and execute sponsorships at finance, shared services, and ERP ecosystem events, including booth, speaking slots, and side events.

• Co-market with partners. Work with Partner Marketing to run joint programs with ERP and system integrator partners in the DACH.

• Turn attendance into pipeline. Partner with SDRs and Account Executives on pre-event outreach, on-site meeting booking, and structured follow-up within 48 hours of every event.

• Make every program executive-ready. Adapt BLP's messaging, customer stories, and proof points with Product Marketing for DACH finance and operations leaders, leading with business outcomes rather than technology.

• Measure what works. Track sourced and influenced pipeline, cost per opportunity, and meeting conversion for every program in our CRM, and reallocate budget based on results.

• Manage budget and vendors. Own the field budget, agencies, venues, and logistics partners with discipline and transparency.

What we're looking for

Required

• 5+ years in B2B field or event marketing, with an enterprise software company selling six-figure deals

• A track record of executive programs (roundtables, dinners, councils) that sourced measurable pipeline with C-level audiences

• Experience marketing to finance or operations leaders, ideally CFOs, Controllers, or Shared Services leaders

• Comfort owning a budget end-to-end and defending spend with pipeline data

• Strong working knowledge of CRM and marketing automation (HubSpot preferred)

• Ability to work autonomously as the first field marketer in a new market, while staying aligned with a team in another time zone.

• Experienced in working for companies based in EMEA.

• Willingness to travel 30–40% within DACH

• Authorization to work in DACH

Nice to have

• Experience in the ERP ecosystem (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics) or with system integrator partners

• Background in finance automation, procure-to-pay, or order-to-cash software

• Familiarity with account-based marketing and intent data tools
