Join the team building an AI-first company 🚀
Hostinger serves more than 5.5 million clients across 150 countries, but we're still excited about what we're creating next.
AI is changing how we build products, support customers, work together, and solve problems. It helps us move faster, spend less time on repetitive work, and focus on bigger ideas.
If you want your work to influence both what we build and how we build it, we'd like to meet you.
Our culture: Guided by 10 company principles.
Your role at Hostinger
Join Hostinger's Creatives team as an Advertising Manager (Meta)! In this role, you'll be the key link between our Meta manager, who runs the account and owns the performance data, and the Creatives squad and our pool of freelancers and agencies, who develop the strategy and produce the assets. You won't be buying placements or uploading campaigns - you'll own what goes into them. Challenge briefs, bring Meta performance insights into ideation, decide which angles, hooks, and offers get made and tested, and keep production moving across internal and external creators. Your success is measured not by whether the asset shipped on time, but by whether it converts.
This is a role for someone who has spent real time around Meta advertising and knows what a native, high-performing Feed, Reels, or Stories ad looks like before the numbers come in.

Your day-to-day
• Act as the point of contact between the Meta manager and the Creatives squad, translating performance data and account needs into clear creative direction.
• Review incoming requests for clarity and business intent, challenging the strategy to make sure the squad is solving the right problem for the right funnel stage.
• Analyze Meta creative performance together with the Meta manager and Analytics, turning results into actionable learnings for the next round of ideation.
• Define testing hypotheses and build a structured creative experimentation roadmap with the Creative and Product teams - angles, hooks, formats, offers, and CTAs.
• Plan production timelines and dependencies, and manage a pool of freelancers and agencies alongside the in-house squad to cover asset demand - briefing, onboarding, quality control, and evaluating output against performance.
• Set Meta specs, ratios, safe zones, and native-style requirements upfront to minimize rework, and do the final check on accuracy and brand adherence before assets go live.
• Manage the flow of stakeholder feedback so creators get clear direction rather than conflicting opinions, and push back on low-value requests to protect high-value ones.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions, including AI-driven automation for localization, versioning, and production.
What will help you succeed
• 3+ years of experience in performance marketing and account management in the digital advertising industry.
• Hands-on experience setting up and managing awareness and performance campaigns on Meta - Google Ads, TikTok, or YouTube is a plus.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding performance targets (ROAS, CPA, billings, or revenue) and connecting creative performance to business outcomes.
• Experience managing and critically evaluating freelancers, agencies, or other external creative partners.
• Proven track record working in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in analyzing success metrics and using data to make decisions
• An automation-forward mindset and comfort using AI tools to scale production, analysis, and workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
