About the role

Join Foundever’s CX Analytics team and help global clients turn customer and operational data into clear, actionable insights. You’ll work with clients and delivery teams to understand business needs, identify opportunities, and communicate findings that support better decisions and continuous improvement.

What you’ll do

  • Analyze data to identify patterns, changes, and emerging trends.
  • Prepare insight summaries, visualizations, and recommendations for internal and client stakeholders.
  • Work with clients to understand business needs, challenges, and project goals.
  • Identify improvement opportunities and make data-informed recommendations to senior management.
  • Explain the financial and operational impact of proposed changes, including relevant risks.
  • Clarify project scope and coordinate with delivery teams to support implementation.

What you’ll bring

  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and draw relevant conclusions.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including charts and formulas, and proficiency in PowerPoint.
  • A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience.
  • At least one year of experience in customer experience, analytics, process improvement, or a related area.
  • At least one year of experience communicating and presenting data insights to stakeholders.
  • Energy, initiative, and a focus on delivering results.

Preferred skills

  • Experience with speech or text analytics platforms such as CallMiner, NICE, or Verint.
  • Knowledge of Power BI or SQL.
  • Additional languages are a plus
