HR Recruiting Manager / HR Specialist (m/w/d)
Bei der Neurawork GmbH hast Du die Möglichkeit, unsere KI-getriebene Vision zu unterstützen, indem Du in einem dynamischen und zukunftsorientierten Umfeld arbeitest. Du wirst eng mit unserem Team zusammenarbeiten, um die besten Talente für unsere wachsenden Geschäftsbedürfnisse zu finden und einzubinden.
Aufgaben
Deine Aufgaben:
- Annahme und Ausschreibung von Recruiting-Aufträgen
- Erstellung und Pflege von Stellenanzeigetexten
- Bewerbereingang im Überblick behalten und telefonischer Erstcheck
- Entscheidungsgespräche mit Fachkollegen terminieren
- Pflege der Karriereseite
- Unterstützung beim Onboarding und Schnittstelle zu weiteren administrativen Vorgängen
Qualifikation
Deine Expertise:
- Abgeschlossenes Ausbildung und/oder Studium in Personalmanagement oder einem verwandten Fach
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Recruiting
- Hervorragende organisatorische und kommunikative Fähigkeiten
- Erfahrung mit Bewerbermanagement-Tools
- Kenntnis in der Nutzung von KI für Recruiting-Prozesse
- Proaktive und vorausschauende Arbeitsweise
