Du machst aus echten Kundenerfolgen erzählenswerte Geschichten, die zeigen, was unser Produkt konkret bewirkt, und die im Vertrieb und Marketing zum Argument werden. - Kundeninterviews für die Customer Stories
Du sprichst direkt mit unseren Kund:innen, kitzelt die spannenden Details hinter ihrem Erfolg heraus und lieferst damit den Rohstoff für die stärksten Stories.
Qualifikation
- Du bist eingeschriebene:r Student:in (idealerweise ab dem 3.–4. Semester) in Marketing, Kommunikation o. Ä.
- Erste praktische Erfahrung im SEO optimierten Content Writing
- Erste praktische Erfahrung im Erstellen von Customer Stories
- Du arbeitest strukturiert, sorgfältig und extrem genau.
- Du denkst proaktiv mit, stellst kritische Fragen und findest Dinge selbstständig heraus, statt auf Anweisungen zu warten.
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse.
