About the Role

As a part of the Mozilla.org team, the Director, Portfolio Management sits at the intersection of portfolio planning, governance, performance management, and cross-organizational execution. This is a highly collaborative, hands-on role for an operator who can bring structure to complexity, translate portfolio priorities into clear plans and processes, and ensure leaders across Mozilla have the information, forums, and operating rhythms needed to make effective decisions.

The role reports directly to Mozilla’s COO and, along with everyone on the Mozilla.org team, is housed within the Mozilla Management Company.

Leaders across Mozilla understand priorities, decision rights, performance, and dependencies; portfolio-level decisions are supported by useful data and analysis; and important cross-organizational initiatives move from strategy into execution with clear ownership and accountability.

Ultimately, your work helps Mozilla.org more effectively steward its organizations, resources, and mission over the long term.

The Target Annual Base Salary and Pay Range for this role is between $240,000-$280,000 USD.

Additionally, this role is eligible for an Annual Bonus.
