- Realizar a triagem e conferência de notas fiscais e valores, validando dados cadastrais, alíquotas de impostos, prazos de vencimento e retenções;
- Efetuar a conferência de vendas, confrontando relatórios comerciais e comprovantes de pagamento com os lançamentos efetuados;
- Lançar notas fiscais e comprovantes no sistema financeiro (ERP), garantindo a correta imputação de dados, centros de custo e contas contábeis;
- Administrar e realizar a triagem da caixa de e-mails do setor, direcionando demandas e respondendo a dúvidas de clientes internos e fornecedores;
- Elaborar relatórios de conferência e apontamento de divergências, identificando inconsistências operacionais antes da liquidação financeira;
- Consolidar dados e gerar relatórios periódicos para a supervisão e gestão, fornecendo visão clara do volume de processos triados e pendências;
- Organizar e manter o arquivo digital de processos financeiros, assegurando a rastreabilidade e auditabilidade dos documentos.
- Cursando: Finanças, Contabilidade , administração, economia;
- Habilidade em Excel;
- Noções de finanças;
- Boa comunicação verbal e escrita.
