- Du übersetzt unsere Markenstrategie in konkrete Inhalte, Formate und Maßnahmen.
- Du baust eine skalierbare Content Engine auf – von der ersten Idee bis zur Veröffentlichung.
- Du entwickelst Content für LinkedIn und weitere relevante organische Kanäle.
- Du recherchierst relevante Themen, Trends und Diskussionen aus E-Commerce, Recruiting und Arbeitsmarkt.
- Du nutzt AI konsequent für Recherche, Ideenentwicklung, Texterstellung und effiziente Prozesse.
- Du testest neue Formate, Hooks und Themen – und wertest aus, was tatsächlich funktioniert.
- Du entwickelst eigene Ideen für Kampagnen und jobbezogene Marketingmaßnahmen.
- Du produzierst. Du testest. Du verbesserst. Du wartest nicht darauf, dass dir jeder Schritt vorgegeben wird.
Qualifikation
- Eingeschrieben an einer deutschen Hochschule oder Universität – für mindestens weitere sechs Monate.
- Relevantes Studium, beispielsweise in Marketing, Kommunikation, Medien oder Wirtschaft.
- Sehr gutes Gespür für Brand, Sprache und digitalen Content.
- Sicherer Umgang mit AI-Tools.
- Erste eigene Projekte oder Erfahrung bei einer Brand, Agentur oder Personal Brand von Vorteil.
- Eigenständige Arbeitsweise, hohe Umsetzungsgeschwindigkeit und Lust, Verantwortung zu übernehmen.
- Deutsch fließend oder auf muttersprachlichem Niveau sowie gutes Englisch.
- Gelegentliche Bereitschaft für Events + Coworking in Hamburg oder Berlin.
