Für unsere Social Media Kanäle suchen wir eine kreative Content Creatorin, die regelmäßig selbst vor der Kamera steht und eigenständig Videos für TikTok, Instagram Reels und weitere Plattformen produziert.
Dabei geht es nicht nur darum, vor der Kamera zu stehen. Du entwickelst Ideen, filmst deine Inhalte selbst und übernimmst anschließend auch den Schnitt und die fertige Aufbereitung der Videos.
Aufgaben
- Du stehst regelmäßig selbst vor der Kamera und bist eines der Gesichter unserer Social Media Kanäle
- Du entwickelst kreative Ideen und neue Videoformate für TikTok, Instagram Reels und weitere Plattformen
- Du produzierst deine Videos eigenständig von der Idee bis zum fertigen Content
- Du kümmerst dich selbst um Aufnahme, Schnitt, Untertitel, Musik und die finale Aufbereitung deiner Videos
- Du präsentierst Produkte auf eine natürliche, unterhaltsame und authentische Art
- Du beobachtest aktuelle Social Media Trends und setzt passende Trends schnell in eigenen Content um
- Du entwickelst Hooks und Konzepte, die Aufmerksamkeit erzeugen und Zuschauer zum Weiterschauen bringen
- Du testest unterschiedliche Videoideen und entwickelst erfolgreiche Formate kontinuierlich weiter
Qualifikation
Uns ist nicht entscheidend, ob du bereits jahrelange Berufserfahrung hast. Viel wichtiger ist, dass du vor der Kamera authentisch wirkst, kreativ bist und Social Media wirklich verstehst.
Du solltest:
- dich sehr wohl vor der Kamera fühlen
- offen, kommunikativ und selbstbewusst auftreten
- TikTok und Instagram intensiv nutzen und aktuelle Trends kennen
- ein gutes Gespür für unterhaltsamen und aufmerksamkeitsstarken Content haben
- Videos selbstständig aufnehmen und schneiden können
- mit Apps oder Programmen wie CapCut, Premiere Pro oder vergleichbaren Tools umgehen können
- eigene Ideen einbringen und selbstständig umsetzen
- zuverlässig arbeiten und Content auch regelmäßig produzieren können
- bereit sein, verschiedene Ideen auszuprobieren und auch mehrere Takes zu drehen
Erfahrung als Content Creatorin, Influencerin oder im Social Media Bereich ist von Vorteil, aber keine Voraussetzung.
Entscheidend ist für uns, was du vor der Kamera und mit deinem Content daraus machst.
