Job Details:
X-Rite’s Global Brand Strategic Accounts team helps customers achieve consistent print and color quality across their global packaging supply chains. Our portfolio of products and professional services enables customers to establish color and print-quality specifications, measure performance, and report results across their operations.
The Global Brand Color Program Manager will lead the operational, technical, and project-management activities for a strategic global Brand account. The role will coordinate program deployment across regions, suppliers, printers, pre-media partners, and internal teams to ensure consistent execution, measurable performance, and continuous improvement.
Critical Success Factors for the Ideal Candidate Profile are:
- Develop a thorough understanding of all related products/services that can bring value to X-Rite customers.
- Partner with Sales Account Managers to support customer retention, renewals, and program growth.
- Develop strong consultative relationships with customers by understanding their business objectives and process-improvement requirements. Recognize expansion opportunities.
- Work in partnership with Sales Account Managers to articulate and demonstrate X-Rite Print quality program’s value proposition to support renewals and program expansion.
- Demonstrate how proposed solutions can improve or complement the customer’s existing workflows, technology environment, and business processes.
- Build consultative customer relationships and identify improvement opportunities.
- Manage and deliver global color and print-quality programs for major brand customers.

- Strong customer-facing and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technology solutions and process improvements to audiences with different levels of experience, including executive stakeholders.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in additional global languages is an advantage.
Key Deliverables:
- Program Management & Reporting – Monitor overall program progress, track performance against established KPIs, compile key data, and provide regular performance reports and insight.
- Project Management – Manage program-related projects and initiatives, ensuring seamless execution, timely delivery, and adherence to defined quality standards.
- Printer Onboarding & Support – Lead printer onboarding adoption of solutions, performance management, and compliance with quality standards.
- Bottler & Pre-Media Support – Support the onboarding and training of bottlers and pre-media agencies to ensure understanding and consistent application of color standards and program requirements.
- Dedicated Color Expertise – Provide packaging industry - color management expertise and maintain color libraries.
- Best Practices & Continuous Improvement – Share and recommend best practices from across different markets and support their implementation to drive consistency, efficiency, and improved print quality.
- Color Library Management – Coordinate with printers, bottlers, pre-media agencies (Artwork), and internal teams worldwide.
- Global Program Governance and Stakeholder Management - Establish stakeholder reviews, risk management, and executive reporting. The role will coordinate program deployment across regions, suppliers, printers, pre-media partners, and internal teams to ensure consistent execution, measurable performance, and continuous improvement.
Your Education and Background Experience will include:
- 5 to 7 relevant years of experience in:
- Program Management/ Operational
- Customer Success/Implementation/ Roll out.
- Experience in print & packaging, color management, pre-media, artwork management, or print production environments.
- Strong stakeholder management, analytical, presentation, and consultative skills.
- Ability to engage customers ranging from operational teams to executive leadership.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
