Business Alliance, in partnership with F4J Careerz, is pleased to announce the opening of registration for afree, fully remote training and paid internship program with potential for employment, designed to connect talented and motivated Palestinian job seekers with real-world professional opportunities.
The program combinesprofessional training, career guidance, and practical remote internship experience for 2 months.
Program Benefits:
• 50 hours of free training, including remote sessions, covering personal and professional skills (Soft Skills) and AI skills relevant to the job market and employment.
• Career guidance and mentoring, including professional CV preparation, job search skills, LinkedIn profile development, professional communication, and interview preparation, to strengthen participants’ employability and career readiness.
• Practical, real-world experience gained through a remote internship with global companies and organizations, providing participants with international exposure and valuable experience.
• Upon successful completion of the remote internship, there is a high potential of full-time employment, either remotely or on-site in Palestine.
Requirements & Eligibility
• You’re 22– 29 years1 old.
• Currently unemployed.
• StrongEnglish languageproficiency in speaking, reading, and writing is aMUST.
• Own a laptop and have a stable internet connection is aMUST.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A strong willingness to learn, develop, and gain practical experience in Human Resources and Recruitment.
• Basic knowledge of HR & Recruitment.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to attending the training sessions and completing all program requirements.
• Residents of Palestine.
