Founding Account Executive

About the Role

Join an early-stage HR tech and recruiting automation team to build and lead its sales motion across the DACH market. You will own the full sales cycle and work closely with the founding team to shape go-to-market strategy and product positioning.

What You'll Do

  • Prospect staffing agencies and temporary employment firms across the DACH region.

  • Manage the full sales cycle, including outreach, cold calls, product demonstrations, negotiation, closing, and customer onboarding.

  • Build and execute the DACH go-to-market strategy independently.

  • Develop expertise in the staffing and recruiting industry.

  • Work with the founding team to refine product positioning and messaging.

What We're Looking For

  • Three to six years of experience in full-cycle B2B sales, from prospecting through closing.

  • Native or C2-level German fluency for customer conversations in the DACH market.

  • Demonstrated cold-calling and deal-closing experience, with a phone-first sales approach.

  • B2B SaaS sales experience, ideally selling HR tech or recruiting software.

  • Experience selling to staffing agencies or temporary employment firms is a strong plus.

  • Comfort building a sales motion from the ground up; a business school background is also valued.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: €60,000 to €90,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Location

Remote. The role focuses on customers in the DACH market.
